2. Data we collect
We collect identifying data (name, surname, email address, phone), information about your investment interests, technical information about your device, IP address, advertising identifiers and data generated from your use of the site. We do not request sensitive information unless required by applicable law.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to respond to enquiries, present investment opportunities, comply with Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, with regulations issued by the National Securities Commission (CNV) and with tax obligations. Processing is based on your consent, the execution of pre-contractual or contractual measures, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interest in operating the platform securely.
