3. User registration
In order to access investment opportunities you must complete a registration process including identity verification (KYC), tax declarations and acceptance of these terms. The company may reject registrations in accordance with its anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing policy.
4. Associated risks
Real estate crowdlending involves risks tied to construction progress, market conditions, macroeconomic variables and possible delays. Published returns are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee. Each investor must assess their own profile before participating.
5. Investment conditions
Each project includes an information document detailing timelines, conditions, financial structure and the distribution of results. Accepting the investment implies that you have read and agreed to that document.
6. Intellectual property
The contents of the site, including trademarks, logos, texts, images and code, are the property of Bexorivaxelar S.A.S. or its licensors. Their reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
7. Responsible use
The user agrees to use the platform in good faith, respecting these terms, applicable laws and the rights of third parties. Bexorivaxelar may suspend access in case of misuse.
